basicAppraisals Software for Appraising Jewelry & Collectibles
- basicAppraisals is a Windows desktop application that installs and runs on any Windows 10 or 11 computer.
- No cloud, no AI (Artificial Intelligence). You have complete control over your customer and product information.
- The Customers & Contacts page stores all of your customer information, including contact notes so you can track phone calls, emails, visits and more.
- Adding an Appraisal is so easy! To create a new appraisal simply click “New” on the toolbar, select the customer name from the Contacts list and all of the customer information is copied to the appraisal. You can add as many items as you like to each appraisal, including digital images direct from your computer, camera or scanner. Images can be flipped, cropped and resized right on the page… no additional graphics software needed.
- All done! Click Print on the menu, select from one of many print options, to print or email the finished appraisal directly to the customer. You can also print or email an invoice for your services so you can include your bill with the appraisal with virtually no extra effort.
- Many reports included, but you can copy and change them to suit your needs using our integrated Report Designer.
- Use the Setup Wizard to quickly add all customizations, including drop-down list values, your company logo and contact information, user preferences and more. If you have a previous version of our Appraisals software (1-Step Appraisals v5, basic Appraisals v6, or basic Appraisals v7), the Setup Wizard can import your data from these formats into your new database with just a few clicks. NO data loss!
